Information you provide
When you post a request, we store your account information, product name, description, quantity, unit, target prices, delivery date and any attachments you upload. You can provide a WhatsApp number with its country code for follow-up contact.
How information is used
We use this information to link requests to your account, handle sourcing enquiries, follow up and let you review requests and replies in My Requests. Entering a WhatsApp number does not automatically send a WhatsApp message.
Who can access it
Request details, contact information and attachments in this module are available to you and authorized platform staff. Your WhatsApp number, email and attachments are not displayed as public homepage content by this module. Attachment downloads require an account permission check.
Sign-in and local drafts
Sign-in cookies maintain your account session. Request details and selected files can be stored temporarily in your current browser to restore your draft after a refresh. The draft is cleared after a successful submission. On a shared device, sign out and clear the site data in the browser.
Retention and management
Posted requests, contact information, attachments and replies are stored on the platform so you can review and follow up. You can view or edit requests in your account. To request a copy, correction or deletion of your information, contact the platform.
External services
This form collects only the WhatsApp contact number you provide; it does not require connecting your WhatsApp account. If you choose to use external social or messaging services, their own privacy notices apply.
